The speaker will bring his own laptop (MacBook Pro), which must be on the podium. A local computer and presentation software cannot be used.

A projection of sufficiently high quality (luminance and resolution) is essential. Modern projectors have an HDMI connector. For older projectors with VGA or DVI connectors, the speaker can bring an adapter. However, this may compromise the image quality.

If the hall requires a sound system, the speaker needs a wireless headset microphone.  Tie-clip and hand-held microphones are not suitable.
